This is a five day advanced course aimed at managers and Food Business Operators. The qualification is also required for all who wish to train CIEH and RIPH courses.

Intended to enable those in supervisory roles to supervise food safety effectively, and with full compliance.

Provides fundermental food safety principles to food handlers who handle, prepare and serve food.

Level 3 course lasts three days, with exam on fourth day.

Level 4 course lasts five days. Two assignments must be submitted. Passing assignments enables candidates to sit a 2.5 hour exam at a later date.
